The Vital Living Supplements Return Refund Policy
- Unopened vitamins and supplements with original receipt can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be issued in original method of payment.
- Unopened vitamins and supplements returned without a receipt will incur a 25% price adjustment and will be refunded as in store credit.
- Opened vitamins and supplements can only be returned with receipt at the discretion of management. We honor all company specific money back guarantees on open products.
- Special Order items and certain weight-loss products cannot be returned (at management’s discretion a partial credit may be issued in certain circumstances).
- Perishable items cannot be returned for safety and contamination reasons.
- Cosmetics, skin care & essential oils cannot be returned for contamination and safety reasons.
The assessment available on the Vitaliving Supplements™ website do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Clinical services are provided by health practitioners and other networks of U.S.-licensed clinicians who determine eligibility for GLP-1 and peptide treatment based on medical history and assessment responses. The medical providers retain full discretion to prescribe or decline compounded GLP-1 and or peptide medications. Any decline in an application request by the licensed practitioner for GLP-1 and or peptide medications will result in an automatic refund back to the original method used to pay for your transaction. Otherwise, prescribed medications are not eligible for return or refund.
